The birth of my son, the day he caught his first fish and the day he shot his first duck.
M&Ms (duh!)
When Jordan can pull himself away from his computer, he enjoys gaming, fishing, hunting, camping, hiking and community volunteerism.
“One thing people may not know about me is that I’ve written and published numerous papers on the physics of sound propagation (how sound travels) underwater.”
“While developing algorithms for determining how sound travels under water (while in the Navy as an Oceanographer), my team came up with a refinement in the Fast Fourier Transfer calculations which is still used today, most notably by the Seti@Home project which uses thousands of home PCs to run its calculations against sounds retrieved from space in order to locate possible intelligent life among the stars.”
“While at Space150, I was the go-to guy when developing websites using CMS applications as their foundation. The various packages I developed sites in included MCMS (Microsoft Content Management System), Sharepoint, Ektron and EpiServer.”
