Tim has been practicing the art of integrated marketing for local and national clients since 1988. Consumer product development, financial services, manufacturing, medical, technology, and travel are just a few of Tim's areas of experience and expertise. As Senior Vice President and Account Supervisor, Tim plays the quarterback position in directing his teams to meet his clients' marketing needs with a focus on attaining quantifiable results that allows clients to measure and optimize activities with simple analysis of search marketing, social media, promotions, and online advertising services. Tim's client services include marketing planning, web development, systems integration, advertising, PR, search marketing, and much more.

Before Risdall:
Tim founded DX Studios in Minneapolis and led the business from 1989 to 1999. DX provided design, advertising, web, multimedia and hosting services to corporate clients and agencies. In 1999 DX Studio's become iPares New Media. Tim continued with iPares as a partner & sales leader providing business planning and account services. Following the dot.com bomb, Tim landed at RMG and the rest is history.
Community Involvement:
As President of Hopkins Rotary 2009/2010 Tim works closely with the Hopkins and Minnetonka communities. Tim is a big believer in Rotary International and has been a member of Hopkins Rotary since 2001. Service affiliations include: Hopkins Center for the Arts, Demontreville Retreat Center, Elks, MOFAS, Opportunity Partners, Rotary International and others.
